How often to attend
How often to attend depends on your personal schedule and what you want from your Yoga practice. Two classes a week is an excellent way to begin. (It is often easier to add two classes into a busy life than to try to do Yoga every day.) The benefits will grow and your knowledge and understanding will grow very nicely with two classes a week. Once a week is also fine. And if you can, more is great too.
Details
Come with loose comfortable clothing—anything you can move in easily is fine. (You can change at the Center.) It is best not to eat right before class. We have yoga props including mats, blocks, straps and blankets available to use while you are at the Center. Plan to arrive a little early so that you don't have to rush to get ready.
