The Earth reaches for the Divine, and the Divine Breath pours into the Earth. Matter is changing, holding more Light, becoming sanctified. Every day more is possible, every day Light is more accessible, more tangible.
Despite appearances, humanity is waking up to the reality that all life is connected, and all life is sacred. The future will not be a repetition of the past, and we need new ways of relating to ourselves and each other that complement our expanding consciousness.
Come with us on a collective yogic adventure in search of our future. Through artistic co-creation, intimate sharing circles, and silence, we will explore the frontiers of individual and collective consciousness.
The AUM conference arises from a stream of wisdom and blessing initiated by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, whose work in the world was not to create a new religion or belief system, but to literally transform the Earth itself, to bring down, awaken, and manifest Divinity in the material world. Sri Aurobindo and the Mother’s force and action in the world are not theories, ideas. They are tangible, concrete movements of Divine Love that can be felt by the heart. The aim of this conference is to seek and align with this stream of Love as it continues to flow and transform the Earth and all of life.
Additional historical info about the AUM can be found here. At this year’s conference, we will seek to move from sharing ideas to sharing experiences, so there will be no lectures or traditional presentations of work. Collective activities drawing inspiration from the Mother’s symbol and Savitri will involve art, music, poetry, and dance.
“We are now witnessing the birth of a new world… it is an absolutely unexpected and unpredictable adventure. There are people who love adventure. It is these I call, and I tell them this: ‘I invite you to the great adventure.'”-The Mother

Julie of Light Omega
We in the Amherst area are blessed by the presence of Julie of Light Omega, an inspired teacher who feels profoundly connected to the vision and promise of Auroville, to the spiritual destiny of America, and to the heart of the One that manifested through Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. It is this Heart that she brings to this Conference.
Julie’s being radiates a tangible vibration of Divine Love, and she has offered to participate in creating this conference with the AUM planning group. Her presence and the Light that she carries will guide and flow through the conference, supporting our explorations, creating unexpected possibilities, and opening unseen doors. She has written several books, which can be found here, and an archive of 60+ podcasts is available here.
Additional guides for our collective exploration will include:
