This is the perfect class for anyone new to the Embodyoga® principles and foundational concepts. The gentle pace and clear instruction will provide a solid start for new yoga practitioners, as well as an entry point for folks with some yoga experience who are interested in beginning an exploration of Embodyoga®.

Class Pace

(G) Gentle—an easy, soft balancing & relaxing class
(M) Moderate—accessible, enjoyable well-balanced workout
(V) Vigorous—a satisfying workout with a faster pace

Class levels and pacing are guidelines only. We recommend that each student work at their own level at all times.
