classes & schedule | Prenatal Yoga
We welcome pregnant women into our on-going classes!
Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga.
If you are not already a regular practitioner of yoga we recommend that you attend one of the Gentle classes to start. Refer to the schedule page to find a gentle class that fits with your schedule.
If you practiced yoga before your pregnancy you may continue to practice at the level that is appropriate for you. Again, refer to the schedule.
