If you are looking for a class that will soothe your soul while toning your body, Yoga for Tweens and Teens is for you. This is a fun introduction to yoga, health and wellness for kids in grades 6 - 12.
Using the nationally acclaimed Yoga Ed.(c) curriculum we will explore : yoga poses, breathing exercises, visualization, basic human physiology, healthy nutrition and positive thinking techniques. We will use music, games, art projects, research, discussions and writing to assist us in this exploration!
