Explorations in body-mind from the inside out

End the domination of a fragmentary-mind and experience Unity directly! Enjoy flowing practice and precise attention to detail as you develop balanced fitness, whole-body-integration and core-strength. Perceive the tangible support, and inner alignment, of organs, glands, muscles and bones, through explorations in Embodied Anatomy™. Experience comfortable, graceful and injury-free movement in yoga (and in life!) through whole-body-support templates, derived from Embodied Developmental Movement™.  Our embodyoga® classes are open to students of all levels.  No previous experience is required.
