Eric Burri has studied and practiced yoga since 1994 and has been teaching since 2000. He began his yoga studies at UMass-Amherst with Marilyn Hart and continued his teacher training with Patty Townsend at YOGA CENTER AMHERST.
He is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Eric’s practice and teaching unite the alignment principles of the Iyengar school of yoga with the breathing and dynamic movement of Ashtanga Vinyasa and the emotional attentiveness of Kripalu Yoga. He gives clear, personalized instruction in the classical yoga postures and incorporates them in a vinyasa style, linking flowing sequences of postures with the rhythm of natural breathing.
