Sun Salutations —
In Tune with Nature

We join together two times a year to celebrate the coming and the receding of the light with sun salutations. In December we offer a beautiful, candlelit practice to mark the dark of the year and honor the coming of the light. In June we celebrate the warm days of summer and the natural abundance that is to come.
