Use gentle yoga postures and movements to release stress, unwind the body and calm the mind. Drawing from Embodyoga®’s embodiment support templates and inner-orienting cues, this nurturing practice emphasizes compassion, self-knowledge and acceptance.

(G) Gentle—an easy, soft balancing & relaxing class
(M) Moderate—accessible, enjoyable well-balanced workout
(V) Vigorous—a satisfying workout with a faster pace
