Begin your week with an uplifting rush of strength and vitality!

This class blends gentle Yoga poses with low impact Pilates-style strength exercises, efficiently addressing the whole body. Throughout the class we practice breathing and relaxation techniques helpful in maintaining a calm focus and in improving emotional well-being. With continuous practice you will increase flexibility and core strength, learn injury prevention, and see an improvement in balance, posture, and overall energy!
