The time of pregnancy, birthing and postpartum is one of the most sacred transformational periods of a woman’s life.
Come tune in to the innate wisdom of your body and soul, and connect with other expectant mamas. In our weekly classes, you will reduce physical discomforts associated with the various stages of pregnancy, build strength and flexibility, learn breathing techniques to relax the mind and tools helpful for labor and birth. You are welcome to join the class in any stage of pregnancy and with any fitness level. If you have a history of miscarriage, or have had trouble conceiving, please consult with your caregiver to determine the best time to join.
1) Purchase a 4 class pass for $60 (never expires) or 8 class pass for $112 (expires after 90 days)

You are welcome to use any other Yoga Center Amherst membership or class pass that you are currently using for other classes at YCA for this prenatal yoga class. The new student intro offer of $35 for 20 days is NOT applicable to prenatal classes but you may use it later on after you have had your baby. Sometimes class is held at an off-site location, however is still a Yoga Center Amherst class offering through Birthing Mama®

Private Sessions with Corinne are available for prenatal yoga, conscious conception/fertility yoga, birth support, postpartum & birth processing.
To supplement weekly classes and dive in deeper to your pregnancy we highly recommend Birthing Mama® Prenatal Yoga and Wellness, our ONLINE Holistic Pregnancy Program. The program includes 30 prenatal yoga videos (over 6 hrs of video), 6 audio guided meditations, 3 audio recordings of live prenatal yoga classes and over 150 pages of inspirational & educational writings, developmental benchmarks, nutrition and herbal recommendations and recipes, self care suggestions and creative projects to cultivate mindfulness.
