Kundalini Yoga shifts you out of the stress response to the relaxation response so you can deeply rest and rejuvenate during this often hectic holiday season. With the inclusion of live music, our December 24th class will be for rejuvenation and healing of self, loved ones, and Mother Earth. Give yourself this gift.
SiriNam Singh Khalsa is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and musician with over 25 years teaching experience. During the 1990’s SiriNam taught a very popular Kundalini yoga class at UMASS and has since been teaching an ongoing Saturday morning class in his home in Leverett. He shares in his classes the technology of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan which includes conscious breathing (pranayama), postures and movement (asanas), sound vibration (gong), chanting (mantra) and meditation to experience the highest consciousness through raising the Kundalini. You can expect soothing guitar accompaniment in SiriNam’s classes during relaxation and mediation.
