Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm • Moderate Embodyoga®.
Patty's Tuesday and Thursday evening classes are great ways to unwind from your busy day! Tuesday is slightly more vigorous than Thursday and both are journeys inward for experiencing directly the subtle flows of body and mind, recharging, and de-stressing.
Wednesday 9am • A gentle to moderate Embodyoga® class.
Experience embodyoga® principles as you move through a balanced sequence of yoga postures and breathing.
Thursday 9am • Intermediate to Advanced Embodyoga®.
Expect an elaboration on Embodyoga® principles, a deep practice, and exploration into intermediate-advanced postures.
Saturday 8:15am •
Vigorous Embody-Flow™

based on the classic sequencing of sun-salutations and posture flows. Embodyoga® principles are integrated with deep breath and movement as we explore optimal sequencing for the deepest opening of body and mind.
